Train-the-Trainer program

Our Train-the-Trai­ner pro­gram is desi­gned to equip voca­tio­nal school tea­chers with the skills and know­ledge nee­ded to effec­tively design and deli­ver work­place-based agri­cul­tu­ral trai­ning. This pro­gram is cru­cial for the suc­cess of seve­ral key pro­ject out­co­mes, inclu­ding Results 1, 2, 5, and 6.

By par­ti­ci­pa­ting in this inten­si­ve edu­ca­tio­nal pro­gram, tea­chers gain the exper­ti­se requi­red to pro­vi­de high-qua­li­ty voca­tio­nal edu­ca­ti­on. The pro­gram focu­ses on prac­ti­cal trai­ning methods and the appli­ca­ti­on of best prac­ti­ces in agri­cul­tu­ral edu­ca­ti­on. Well-trai­ned tea­chers are fun­da­men­tal to deli­ve­ring excep­tio­nal edu­ca­tio­nal expe­ri­en­ces and fos­te­ring the deve­lo­p­ment of future far­mers.

This initia­ti­ve ensu­res that our voca­tio­nal trai­ning pro­grams are led by com­pe­tent and know­led­geable edu­ca­tors, ther­eby enhan­cing the over­all qua­li­ty and impact of agri­cul­tu­ral trai­ning in the regi­ons we ser­ve.
